Voltaire Power Systems LLP holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system — covering raw material procurement, winding, assembly, testing, and dispatch. Every servo stabilizer we manufacture is 100% load-tested on our in-house load bank at full rated capacity before leaving the factory. CE marking is standard on units destined for export markets in the Middle East and East Africa.
Our coil winding uses only ISI-marked pure copper conductors. Transformer cores use cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel for minimum no-load losses. All incoming capacitors, contactors, and control components are sourced from approved vendors and batch-tested on receipt. Units are painted with two-coat epoxy powder coat for corrosion resistance in humid and coastal industrial environments.
For government and defence purchases, we supply with test certificates, calibration records, and full BIS/IS 9815 compliance documentation. For pharmaceutical and hospital installations, we issue IQ/OQ documentation on request.
